Ecorys managed the full delivery of the 2022 Access City Award, overseeing organisation of the competition, administration, and the Award Secretariat, including updates to the application portal.

We provided communications and promotion services, developing strategies for media, social platforms, and influencer outreach, along with editorial content, videos, and EC branded materials.

We created a large range of multi-language visual assets adapted for different channels, including static images and banners for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.

Digital advertising campaigns and influencers

We launched a multi-channel social media paid campaign for applications targeting mayors, local government associations and stakeholders on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google Display.

YouTube advertising

We created YouTube video ads in English to target 6 EU countries.

We launched an influencer marketing campaign in 5 countries via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikToK and personal blogs, including creation of a social media toolkit which was shared with the influencers.

translated and subtitled into 22 EU languages:
